The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk down the hill to the chair lift, making it easy to access the slopes in the morning. the rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and well-maintained bathrooms. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout the stay. the breakfast offers a good variety of options, including delicious hash browns.
The coffee machines can get congested during peak hours, resulting in a long wait for a cup of coffee.

Quad room well set out and comfortable. Staff pleasant and helpful. Large variety of food to choose from and it was well cooked.
Would have preferred warm plates at meal times to keep food hotter for longer. Food cooled quite quickly in serving dishes.

The hotel is located just 500m from the ski lifts, making it extremely convenient for a skiing holiday. The rooms are spacious and come with a balcony, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The breakfast spread is delicious and has a wide variety of options to choose from.

View from the room was good. Room was clean.
We did not like having to pay a deposit and daily rateto use the safe in the room. We did not like having to pay a deposit for all leisure equipment. The leisure equipment we hired, playing cards and ping pong bats, were of the very lowest standard. The cards were bent, filthy, smelly, torn. The ping pong bats were hired by a family who then retained them for the week so that others could not use the table. The breakfast offer was very limited. The evening meal offer was very limited, no cheese board for example. Very low cost desserts. Very limited salad and no dressings.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and excellent attention to detail. The location, just 500m from the ski lifts, may require a walk up a steep hill, but it's worth it for the stunning view of the mountains from the balcony. The rooms are well-equipped, with a good shower over the bath, and the breakfast provided is delicious.

I had the most fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredible - they couldn't have done enough for me. They even went out of their way to assist me when my car got stuck in the snow. The food was absolutely amazing, with a wide range of delicious options available in buffet style. The hotel was conveniently located just a short 2-minute walk from the main ski lift, and they provided transportation both in the morning and at the end of the day. It was the perfect place for a skiing holiday!

The hotel offered a great kids club, which was a big advantage for families. It allowed parents to have some free time to enjoy their own vacation while their children were well taken care of. The food at the hotel was also very good, with a focus on quality rather than quantity. The homemade cakes and biscuits served for high tea after skiing were a delicious treat. the hotel's location was convenient, with the slopes just a short walk from the hotel and amenities such as supermarkets and restaurants within close walking distance.
The rooms were quite chilly at times, especially during the day when the heating was turned off. This made it a bit uncomfortable to relax in the room between skiing and dinner.

Great for skiing and ample space for storing skiing gear. the location is good with easy transport options to other areas. the staff were helpful and accommodating.
The room standard was below average and did not meet expectations. the food offered was monotonous, without any variety and poor in quality.
